The short version: ABL Todo stores your tasks locally on your device. It does not require an account or send your task list to Apps by Lewis. The app uses Google AdMob to show banner advertising.
Who this policy applies to
This policy explains how Apps by Lewis, operated by Lewis Moon in the United Kingdom, handles information in connection with the ABL Todo iPhone app and its support website.
Information stored by the app
ABL Todo stores the information you enter—including task text, dates, completion status, task order, move history, reminder times and appearance preferences—in a local database on your device.
This information is used only to provide the app’s task and reminder features. The app does not transmit your task list to Apps by Lewis.
Reminders and notifications
If you choose to add a reminder, ABL Todo asks for notification permission and schedules the reminder through Apple’s notification system. You can change notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Advertising
ABL Todo uses Google AdMob to display banner advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising interactions and diagnostic information to provide, measure and protect advertising. The information processed depends on your region, device settings and privacy choices.
Where required, ABL Todo asks for your consent before requesting advertising. You can review or change your choices using the Privacy choices option in the app.

Information we do not collect
ABL Todo does not:
- require you to create an account;
- send your task list to Apps by Lewis;
- collect analytics about how you use the app;
- sell your task information; or
- access your contacts, photos or calendar.
Device backups
Your device’s operating system or backup provider may include app data in a device backup, depending on your settings. Any such backup is controlled by you and the relevant platform provider, not by Apps by Lewis.
Support emails
If you choose to contact support, Apps by Lewis receives your email address, message and any information you voluntarily include. This information is used to respond to your request and may be retained where reasonably necessary to manage support or legal obligations.
This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Its hosting provider may process standard technical request information—such as IP address, browser type and request time—to deliver and protect the website.
Deleting your information
You can delete individual tasks from within ABL Todo. Uninstalling the app removes its locally stored data from the device, subject to any device backups you control.

Children
ABL Todo is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed to children under 13.
Security
Keeping your tasks on your device reduces unnecessary transmission, but no storage method is completely secure. Protect your device with an appropriate passcode and keep its operating system up to date.
Changes to this policy
If ABL Todo’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before or alongside the relevant app update. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.
