Where is my budget information stored?
Your entries and preferences are stored locally in the app on your device. ABL Budget does not operate an account system or send your financial information to Apps by Lewis.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. There is no sign-up, and the budgeting features work offline.
How do recurring entries work?
Mark regular income or outgoings as recurring and ABL Budget will create an entry for each new month. You can edit or skip an individual month without changing earlier months.
How do savings pots affect my available amount?
Deposits reduce the amount shown as available after saving for the current month. Withdrawals add that amount back, while each pot keeps its running balance.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Open Settings and choose Delete all data. The app asks you to confirm before permanently removing your financial information.
What happens if I delete the app?
Your information is stored locally and ABL Budget does not provide its own cloud-sync or recovery service. Treat uninstalling the app or losing the device as potentially permanent data loss.
